Italian-American architect Elisabetta Terragni was invited for an open lecture at the premises of the Cultural Center TULLA.
The content of the lecture was to discover the positive effects of reduction. Not everything is built to function eternally and many useful interventions do not automatically solve the problems that are in response.
The research work of Mrs. Terragni confirms the notion of urban memory, allowing the generation of concepts for new approaches to the problems with which shrinking and 'weakening' cities are challenged today and which they will face in the future.
